Anti Bullying

Last week, Cranford Park Academy participated in National Anti-Bullying Week. The theme of this year's Anti-Bullying week was 'Reach Out'. Over the course of the week, children in all classes discussed bullying and how to reach out if they are concerned about bullying, they also completed projects, posters and wore Odd Socks to celebrate all of the things that make us all unique. By participating in this week, hopefully both adults and children can continue to feel empowered to create positive change to counter the harm and hurt that bullying causes. This week reminded us all that we have the ability to create the positive change that we want to see in the world by reflecting on our own behaviour, setting positive examples for others and creating kinder communities. Though the week is over, we at Cranford Park will remember that 'if we challenge it, we can change it and it starts by reaching out!'
